ChugDown – Agreement and Disclaimer

By purchasing, using, or possessing a ChugDown, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

Assumption of Risk and Personal Responsibility: By using the ChugDown, you acknowledge and agree that you are solely responsible for your actions and the amount of alcohol you consume. Use of the ChugDown is entirely at your own risk. You acknowledge and understand that using the ChugDown is inherently dangerous and may cause serious injury, illness, or death if misused or handled improperly. By purchasing, possessing, or using the ChugDown, you voluntarily assume all risks, both known and unknown, associated with its use, including but not limited to risks arising from defects, misuse, or failure to follow safety instructions. You agree to take all necessary precautions, follow all provided guidelines, and ensure that the ChugDown is used only in a safe and lawful manner.

Permitted Use: The ChugDown is intended for the consumption of beer only. It shall not be used for consuming any other alcoholic beverages.

Prohibited Modifications: The ChugDown may not be altered, modified, or tampered with in any way. Any modification voids any and all representations, warranties, or liability disclaimers by Champion Chug, LLC.

Age Restriction: The ChugDown shall not be used for the consumption of alcoholic beverages by anyone under the legal drinking age. Individuals under the legal drinking age may use the ChugDown only for non-alcoholic beverages, such was water.

Limitation of Liability: Champion Chug, LLC is not liable to you or any third party for any damages, injury, illness, property damage, or other loss arising from the use or misuse of the ChugDown, including but not limited to accidents, negligence, intoxication, or participation in illegal activities during or after use, or any other loss, whether such damages are direct, indirect, consequential, incidental, or special which you or any other person may suffer arising from the use of the ChugDown or from any defect in the ChugDown even if Champion Chug, LLC has been advised of the possibility of such defect. Champion Chug, LLC is not responsible for any injuries, damages, or consequences resulting from the consumption or overconsumption of alcohol while using the ChugDown.

Sanitation and Hygiene: Users are solely responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and sanitary condition of the ChugDown. The ChugDown is not dish-washer safe and should only be hand-washed. Please wash before first initial use. Champion Chug, LLC is not responsible for any illness, infection, injury, or other damages resulting from improper cleaning, sharing, or unhygienic use of the product.

Sharing and Transfer of Use: If you share your ChugDown with others, you agree to inform them of and enforce all terms of this Agreement and Disclaimer. If you sell, gift, or otherwise transfer ownership of the ChugDown, you are required to provide a copy of this Agreement and Disclaimer to the recipient.
